When the LDII+ I got from 3x331m malfunctioned, he responded immediately by finding the contact for the Little Dot company and digging up loads of information on prior cases of replacement (and in some cases upgrades to LDII++s), and was very helpful in working out what we could do. I have to say I was blown away by the sky-high standards of this head-fier. Beats any customer service I've ever dealt with by a very large margin. Can't speak highly enough!
