It's nice to make someone surprised & happy...
And there is another feeling that I like ( the coincidence feeling ): In this case, reading the magazine ad, one guy had a bose and the other had an Ety. So the feeling I like is: "As matter of fact", I have with me one of this little HP, wanna try?

I was for some years ago director for Bord Services at VASP Brazilian Air Lines. And I used to fly every day from São Paulo to Brasília. ( SP I work, Brasilia I leave). And you can imagine how many times I experienced this "As matter of Fact" feeling.
When somebody say the food is bad or good or, the crew is good or bad, I always identified my self and payed close attention to what was the pax reasons for his good or bad feeling about our bord service.
