Dog lover more here. From what I have seen in my experience more guys then girls enjoy dogs and the opposite for cats. Again just a observation

Cat. Black and white, 3 years old now, adopted from Cat Rescue and we have given him a life far better than the one he was having. In return we now have no mice.

Coolest pet I ever had was a large macaw. But to the op's question, dogs rule my house.

Cat person definiatly. Only reason to get a dog for me would be if I would go hunting. Otherwise a total waste of my freedom. Cats knows how to take care of themselves better without causing havoc in the neighborhood and are just more independent

They are also not sucking up to you to much. Hate the dogs you are mr awesome, man you are awesome thing going on all the time.
