Omega II -> Koenigsegg CCX (one of the best)
Lambda Pro -> McLaren F1 (old, but still going strong)
SR-X/MK3 -> BMW M1 (even older, but still going strong)
S-001 MKII -> Ariel Atom (small and very fast)

nah, the k35/75 is a giant killer and blazing fast/balanced (ahem for the price point)..I would equate the K35 to the supercharged Neons that are a real bargain for the price and often overlooked because of their formfactor (size/orientation)..I would further equate the K75 to the Suburu WRX..again because of the quality and features gained at such a reasonable price VS other competing models and MFRs
(just having fun here)

The SR60 equates for me to any Honda..in that they are smoking great deals and have the fuzz to accomodate their consistancy in operation and style..there are many that buy both the Honda and this Grado, and since many people needing a great car and not wanting to spend much..the Honda seems to fit the bill per performance, reliability, and overall style with the Grado SR-60

see my recent post in this thread #102 the other day for a nice comparison of cars VS cans!!

So I guess in terms of headphones it could be .... well whichever headphone you really don't like but others do because it looks cool and is used in films that become classics?
The Delorean doesnt get it's credit really, It's really a lovely car i went around for a spin in one, granted it's no Mercedes or Porsche, but it had a certain feel to it y'a know, like damn this is an amazing car. Many "enthusiasts" downplay the delorean for it's low speed and performance on the track, this was due to many rushed descesions from DMC with the problems within the company and emmissions from the usa. Im certain if DMC would have sticked with it's 200hp mark instead of just pushing to reach schedule this car would have been something else. But by god it's still one of my favorites to this day just like the AKG K81 djs. Check out the legions of Delorean Fan Clubs as famous as the big appreciation thread for the AKG K81s.
By the way the delorean is as almost bassy as the AKGs the engines right behind you and the interior is so closed in hmm dunno if there's any other better comparison

You're right, I'm changing it to the MS1. Much more appropriate imo

AKG K501 is like a Maserati Quattroporte:

fast, bold, and sexy!

Sony Eggos are like Volkswagen Beetle (new version)

nice round curves which can get the job done.

Love it! I ADORE the M1 and F1... though I don't know if the SR-007s can be described as brutal and aggressive, like the CCX...

STi is not off-road either... you'd need to upgrade the shocks and tires immensely before you can even think of running them for off-road races.

now i see your point on the off roading what i meant is going out with a few friends for a forest stroll, not racing.

lol im a kid, my poster is a saleen s7...most of my friends didnt know what it was the first time "is that the new lambo?" ha ha ha....

I still say the KSC 75's are Civics. WRX are of a higher class than those of a Civic. I would have to say, the WRX or Lancer EVO are Porta Pro's. More expensive, but still a budget racer and a contender.

If the Darths are a Maybach, that would mean the 770's are something cheaper in the Chrysler line-up....I don't think that's a good thing.

Darth's = Carrera GT (most baller)
DT770/250 = Carrera 4s (heavy hitter, but overlooked cause it's not turbo)
DT 770/80 = 911 Turbo (the most notable/modified porsche)
DT770/32 = Carrera (meh...still baller, but there's better out there)
DT770M = Boxter (not really Porsche, nobody wants it...but it still carries the label)

DT990 - Cayenne...high profile...but nothing worth mentioning except that it's nice.

DT880 - I have a mental block, lol.

But hey...gimme some credit, I stayed German with a German headphone!!!!
