Vendors Attending the Second Annual International Meet

We are pleased to announce the first vendors who have confirmed they will be attending the International Meet in San Jose and wowing us all with their wares! Last year's meet saw several important premiers -- the Grado GS-1000s, the RSA B-52, and Shure E500s just to name three -- so who knows what will be unveiled this year! There are more vendors in the works and we will announce them as they sign up. The other announcements to be added are the door prizes some or all of the vendors will be donating. All registered attendees will be eligible to win whether or not you are present.

So, here is the current list:

1. Headroom

2. Todd the Vinyl Junkie

3. SinglePower Audio

4. Ray Samuels Audio

5. Sennheiser

6. AKG

7. HeadAmp

8. V-Moda

9. Ultimate Ears

10. Shure

11. Audio Line Out

12. Head-Direct

13. Westone

14. Woo Audio

15. Audio Art Cables

16. Benchmark Media

17. Lavry Engineering

18. Stefan AudioArt

19. Ultrasone

20. RudiStor Sound Systems

21. Stax

22. Slim Devices

23. Empirical Audio

24. Reference Audio Mods

25. Crossroads Acoustics

26. Altec Lansing

27. KOSS Corporation

28. AAA Audio

There are a number more who are almost certainly coming, but just haven't completed the paperwork. Feel free to post up other vendors you'd like to see at the meet because it may be just the thing to convince them to be there!

More to come...

Nice!!! I can't wait to hear all those amps and cans!!!

Voltron, what about speaking with "source" manufacturers such as Wadia, Lavry, Rega, and so on?

If we could have some nice CDp's, turntables and DACs it would be absolutely awesome!

The lineup will only get better, and at least one of those source makers is on our list. In any case, there is no doubt there will be a fine array of sources in use by the vendors and members, and we expect there will be plenty of loaner opportunities offered by the vendors to sample around as much as possble.

Also, at least Headroom and TTVJ have signed up for tables PLUS vendor demo rooms on the same floor as the meet rooms. That means that they will have multiple digital systems in different environments and I imagine Todd will have turntables in both locations.

Personally, I have no doubt that the meet is going to be absolutely awesome!

So there will be vendor rooms? Amazing! If any of the vendors need help watching over your stuff, I can help!!

Voltron, have you spoken with the guys who sell this product?

It would be great to have one or two demo units at the meet!!

So this tread is in part to nag other vendors into coming

What I would like to see there is the Smyth Virtual Surround.

They are located in Camarillo CA, If it's not already done someone should definitely contact them.

More good ideas, keep 'em coming. I think Slim was on somebody's wish list, but I will check if we have called them or not.

Westone and Grado are going to be there, right? And what about Audio-Technica? Can we get an AT rep this time instead of just a table?

Oh and what about Heed Audio? Those guys must love us now! And maybe the Little-Tube gang too?

I would love to see either Elusive Disc or Acoustic Sounds there. Craig (Eddie Current) better make it up to the National with some new creation.

Olive Audio and Resolution audio are both located in the Bay Area (SF I think) they would be great additions to the meet and may be able to partner with an amp manufacter

You should send Channel Islands Audio some info. Dusty Vawter is the owner and he's signed up here on Head-fi. They make a headphone amp, DAC, and many other cool budget components.
