hi I wouldn't consider myself an audiophile at least for now. Can pink noise damage headphones? Do you think it's really worth it? I got an audio technica ath m40x 13 days ago and I've been using them a lot so it might not need burn in anymore. what do you suggest? thanks

I've used pink noise, full spectrum sweeps, burnin discs, and of course music. Can't say that I noticed a difference. Now I just use a full-range CD set on repeat. YMMV
