Why no UPS recommendations? - Page 2

Yes surge protection is necessary, but spending over… even $50! to just isolate and protect your gear’s ridiculous. If your spending crazy $ on power sources just to protect and isolate, you disserve to loose every penny.
When I talk about cleanliness and stability I’m referring to what it does to the sound. After your ears come accustom to clean stable sound THERE’S NO GOING BACK. It’s hilarious popping into stereo shops, having a listen to there reference setup valued over $100000, and being unable to even stand the thing it due to it’s ghetto satiability.
Some say power related item’s are overrated, and even SNAKE OIL! When in-fact it’s the complicate opposite. You double the performance of SOURCE Nu.1, you double the value of every piece afterwards. And for me; to get this performance leap from a $50 piece left me no choice but to start this thread.
My only concern was that a product costing $50; consisting of such an advanced topology has to be cutting corners in the quality of components department. But trying to get some reassurance on this topic is officially; an impossibly.
So I say fudge it, I’ll risk it… it’s worth it.

Hey Canada, they’re still on for $50 @ FutureShop. Giv’er a go!

O ya, and I’m not running my system off the battery, just passively……….

BTW.

100,000 connected equipment warranty, FCC.

And I will be contacting Belkin ASAP concerning this, and will let yall know.

Been running for over 2 days and haven’t personally seen it's output voltage change even .1 of a volt from 120!

This thing's showing some crazy image/staging skills. Also hearing things I’ve never heard before, some of which were most definitely not intended to be heard. Some of the things I’m hearing are either down right hilarious or frightening as hell.

GOD BLESS UPS’s. And God bless belkin for offering one for 50 BUCKS! Already got my $50 worth, even if it were to die tomorrow im : with it. Atleast now I know what to look for in the future.

Oya, and... God bless ignorance...

With this you hear EVERYTHING! static up the ying yang, and NO it's from the tracks! You hear altering gain levels. And unbalance from sh!ty analog crossfading. I'm sitting here smelling like ass cuz I haven’t moved from my listing area in 2 days.
GO GRAB ONE! if you don't, you disserve a kick in the head, Maybe thall jump start things for ya.

Not only clean out, it keeps your home power network clean aswell. Gained 800 Mb with my 802.3 wireless network.

And of course the model nu...

I've been looking at the AVU1500 for months now just waiting. And when it does become available IT'S MINE!

Ummm YEEAA.. for sure!
I been using the PF60 for years, best conditioner I found But it’s no UPS.
Now I don't know about the AVU consol. Considering it's essentially there UPS in consol form, I'm sure it sounds as good if not better.

Any way I edited that post milliseconds after I posted.

Wow...Interesting. But yeah, mine's the AVR. I only have a few APCs and a CyberPower to compare...but I've been pretty pleased with the PureAV so far.

It's a boxing day week sale that ends after Sunday. If they say no, whether its true or not, argue it up. They’re all a bunch of kids that have no clue. They give in eventually.
None in stock..? use there policies against them.

FutureShop is an absolute blast to abuse! You should try it.
I managed to get the G25 wheel the day of it’s release for $185. Fatal1ty mouse for $23 MX518 for $15 and that was just within the past month, my list can go on and on.


BTW Fatal1ty mouse absolutely perfect from ergo to performance. And i tried them all.. laterally! stay away from Microsoft habo and all razer mice. Except the boom.

I still haven't tried mine, but it is the same model as yours I found you.

FYI. It is 900VA and 540amps, not 900amps like you have written in your original post.

I wish I got mine for $50. It cost me well over $100.
