agreed, he has definatly worked his ass off being a comic, and has been at it for a real long time. he is a pretty good comic, really is pretty good, but hes not on the same level as some other people that are may or may not be as famous as him.

im gonna put up my vote for mitch hedburg, i love that drugged up goofass dead swede.

I was wondering when Hedberg was going to come up. My girlfriend thinks he's hilarious. I agree that he has his moments, but some of the little jokes he makes are really stupid IMO, and I don't understand why the audience is laughing.

Pablo Francisco and Russell Peters top my list.

X3 for Hedberg. Very sad the day he died.

Also, the best and smartest comedy special of somewhat recent years is Eddie Izzard's "Dress to Kill". Smart guy and very funny historical events discussion.

Anyone seen it?

Gotta say Russell Peters. I wish I can see him live.

A lot of the Comedy Central Presents... stuff is great, like Vince Morris, Gabriel Inglesias, Brian Regan, Jim Gaffigan, etc.

Nobody mentioned Bill Hicks yet?!

Well, I will. So wish he was still around...

Pablo Francisco, Jim Gaffigan, Lewis Black, sometimes George Carlin, and my personal favorite, the late Mitch Hedberg.

For real X infinity to the power of 24. Seriously don't know how he hasn't been mentioned yet? The most intelligent, realist, thought provoking comedian of our times. Pancreatic cancer sucks the big one.

I thught his HBO special was HORRIBLE. I laughed maybe once. He's gotten to big for his own good. It's been doing downhill for a while, and will continue to do so IMO.
