Help with windows media player

Thread Starter
Never been much of a fan of the program. Too many fricking critical updates and with version 10 the bars are gone (although I can use it I doubt the rest of the family will be able to)

Anyway, to the problem. When I expand the screen size to 200% or full screen I get the original size video in the top left hand corner and the rest of it is flashing with frames from what I've been watching. Doesn't happen on mine at the flat but here it happens all the time with movies.

Any ideas?

Cheers.

foobar2000 and vlc media player.

if you must, you can uninstall wmp10 (it should roll back to 9). that's what i did before i switched to vlc. wmp9 was more stable on my machine.

I really hope those extra WMP-windows came with litte crosses, otherwise check the settings or just use a different program.

WMP11 has been an annoyance for me lately, more with music though.
