Well, I was going to have this iModded, but I've decided against it. Instead of holding it forever until I get ready to do so...I'm going to sell it! I bought it used last week. As for it's condition, like any other used iPod it has scratches from use, but none that are real bad. I took care of the scratches on the back by brushing the metal. It looks pretty cool. Functionally, it works perfectly. I was using it all weekend and a few times this week...it only played music like it is supposed to. The previous owner said the battery was going on it so I ordered a new one...the buyer also gets the battery. With that being said about the battery, when I brought it home I charged it for a solid 12 hours and then tested to see how long it lasts. It lasted for 6.5 hours straight. Vinnie will put the battery in for you if you send it in for the mod.
