Tracking is offered by USPS on the following services:

Express Mail®
Global Express Guaranteed®
Global Express Mail™ (EMS)

The latter two of which are International based shipping. Global Priority mail doesn't.

I've had items shipped via USPS GPM reach Canada really slow as well. I actually received an item sent via Airmail letter post reach me at the same time as a GPM shipment which was sent 3 days prior Ever since then, if a package is under 4 lbs, I always have it shipped letter post, it reaches here within 5 days on average.

To the OP: Yeah kinda sucks.. but yeah GPM may take a smidgen longer, customs hold up too. The time of the year doesn't help the situation either. Here's hoping that it comes in before you leave on Monday

I tried to check online & didn't come up with any services there. Any ideas about this would be appreciated.
Did you by chance try to ship it from the UPS Store (or former Mailboxes etc.) location? Those guys are the biggest bunch of good for nothing, a monkey could do better, overcharging bozos... /rant off *yeah had a not so good experience with them* .. well yeah suffice to say, they're quite misinformed...

With Global Express, you have to switch to your local mail company's tracking system when it arrives into your country. Global Express can still track outside the US, but the detail is slightly worse.

i'm not sure why USPS delivery times are so different. I've bought things from US before.

They either come in 1 week or 3

absloutely no middle ground.

It wasn't one of those two but something similar. I'm thinking they also told me that I couldn't use global express since it was a box, not a letter. Because I remember looking at the wall at the info displays & asking specifically about global express & I'm pretty sure that was the answer I got. I just hope the package arrives ok.

Compared to 'down under', prices for Senns and Beyers should be very reasonable, even with a noticeable pre-Christmas increase among the former (lowest prices for HD595s used to approach 115€, now you're lucky if you get them for less than 130, similarly HD650s are not easy to obtain for less than 250; not much change for HD600s though); watch out for closeout deals on "old" Beyers (apparently some shops are also starting to discount the AKG K301Xtra now, which is being replaced by the more flashy-looking but otherwise identical K530). IEM wise, however, we're pretty much a developing country.
