I noticed the picture of the whole package on the description tab, but take some more flattering pictures of it. Show a photo of what it looks like in someones ear. From the only existing picture, it looks like an old man's hearing aid. Show it connected to a sexy ipod nano or something. A lot of prospective buyers want to really see what they're going to get when they purchase this thing based on "people's opinions" and there isn't much to satisfy the prospective buyer.
Show a close up of the packaging. Show a close up of the case it comes with, etc.

2) The user reviews have disappeared from the website, and I think they weren't functionin for a while on the old site either. Get those back! they make a big difference to people trying to learn about a product.

That's all I can think of for now.
Again, good job, and I like the new site much better!

Thanks for the kind words. We will definetely update the photos.

The reviews need to migrate from the old system to the new one and that's our current fight with the programmer. The new rating system should be working according to our last testing.

Very cool, but did you notice that the price on the site has already been reduced from $220 to $180? Was that intentional? If so, that makes my request for a lower price sort of irrelevant.

Either way, I just ordered my pair. I can't afford to keep both them and my UM2, but at least now I can give them a proper side-by-side comparison and try out the cable-switching mod (which I really wish someone had invented before I sold my first pair).

hehehe, i mentioned that 'mod' before the super.fi's even came out!

it was in the monster 'super.fi preview' thread, and kinda got shut down by the beta testers

Hahaha, that must have been right before I started paying attention to Head-Fi. I don't remember anyone talking about the mod while I owned my pair, but there was definitely a big thread reviving it a couple months after I sold mine, which I was sort of bummed about because one of the big reasons I sold them was because I couldn't use them while sleeping.

Anyway, I stand corrected about it's origins. Can't wait to try it out.
