I just recieved a Music Direct 2007 catalogue in the mail. I'd forgotten I bought a turntable mat from them. Man, what eye candy for the audiophile. Luscious, full color photos of the top turntables, cartridges, cds, amps, preamps, tweaks. Glossy paper, beautiful photography in a full magazine-sized issue -- 190 pages. Me so horny! (for gear) I hardily recommend that you apply for one now. Really nice.

I bought these puppies just before Christmas and they have been a revelation. I can't tell you how much they suit my listening tastes. I love close listening with lots of treble and tight...

It's very small player, so I like it. I have Clip+ since Christmas and I'm very satisfied!

First of all let me say this is one of my favourite BA driver earphones I have ever heard. That said, being a basshead, these didn't deliver in the bass department - I can't deny the fact...

I've had this card for quite a while now, and I have to say its a really nice card - a huge step-up to my on-board motherboard's audio. At first I do have to admit, it didn't feel like the D1...

Long story short: These earbuds, shouldn't ever be bought, when they come free in your iPod package, its fine to look at them, and try them on. If you know someone wanting to buy these,...

I agree. Awesome catalogue. I don't have any interest in going analogue due to the hassle, but I love looking at the turntables. Lots of other good pictures and audiophile eye candy, too.

Yep, I got one of those, too. You're right, it's just beautiful. I've been drooling over the turntables... I'm 95% sure I'll pull the trigger on one when I get paid on Thursday.

I know, that catalog has got to be controlled!

I've bought a couple things from B&H Photo, Man... you should see the huge catalogs that I get from them now! They have about 4 or 5 different ones that are each about an inch thick!!

The B&H catalogs are some of the most amazing I've ever seen. I keep them around as reference books in case anyone asks me about photo equipment. Each one is like three hundred pages and contains more details about gear than I've ever seen from a company. Honestly, you could almost sell them!

Back in the day (70s) Tech Hi-Fi published great catalogs. They had hot girls posing with some nice equipment. Now that was a catalog that was worthy of drooling over.
The most used model was the girlfriend of one of the VPs of Tech Hi-Fi. The 70’s were wild and crazy in the world of Hi-Fi.

A tempting chance to get yet another glossy catalog
Already getting Mouser, Newark and Digi-Key's offerings semi-regularly, however... I think it's a better idea to just browse online. I kill enough trees already
-Viverr
p.s. And Switchcraft. I mean, dang. I never expected a company to be able to put together a 200+ page catalog based solely around plugs.

Back somewhat on topic, the MD catalog is great. Also, they offer no interest for xx month deals quite often (one going on now, actually), so their deals are sweet as long as you finance through them and [pay minimum balance. Got my PS Audio GCHA that way.
Now....for OTHER eye candy, I also like the Audio Advisor catalog. Not as good a vinyl (SW obviously, and HW) selection as MD, but they certainly have a couple cute models!
