Monarchy Audio AC-Regenerator?

Has anyone had any experience with the Monarchy Audio AC-Regenerator? Any positive or negative effects with headphone amps or sources?

No direct experience here, but Martin Dewulf - Bound for Sound, and in who's ears I generally trust - has some fairly lofty praise for it. IIRC, he says it's basically good anywhere, and is one of the few really good ones on power amps.
