Bass earphones...

Please give me a model of earphones which have an excellent bass. I like subwoofer bass ( dımtıs dımtıs ) in music. It can be IEM or normal earphone. I see Sennheiser HD202 in one forum. Is its sound good for bass?

Try out some Koss... PortaPro, KSC-75 (is that the name?), KSC-35... there talked about alot. and on a ipod mini with the vol maxed there is no distortion just FYI.

Oh and Porta Pro is like Sub 35usd and the others sub 25usd...

I say Koss, cause there cheaper, and i don't like stuff IN my ear lol.

EDIT: you gota be careful, you might find the bass your listening for, but you might miss how muddy the sound is.

i have this HORRIBLE pair of phones, the bass is loud, but its just nasty.

And with treble your music might seem more alive, exiting, or just better than just bass.

Sony V6? or maybe K81dj? V6 has nicer bass but k81 sounds better overall with more types of music. They're about $55-$70.

AKG K 26 P, but bass in that is simply ugly.

AKG K 81 DJ or Koss Porta Pro, these are best choices.

DT770 - hands down.... Anything short of this is a compromise (except for a PS-1).

Portapro / sportapro
MDRV6
K240s (needs amp)

AKG K81DJ is a bass monster.

35€ translates to 47$. We all get ripped of here in Finland, be it headphones or gasoline.

Hmmm... the bass on my EP-630 is pretty respectable. I don't know, it could just have been the eq setting on my X5.

Audio-Technica ATH-PRO5V/ATH-Pro5 MS

Similar to the sound of a sedan w/ two 12" woofers.

The HD202 has extremely boomy, uncontrolled bass. I bought it from my friend for $10, sold it fo $15 in two days. Not worth it at all.
