Differences amongst headphones and amps

I think the differences amongst amps are much greater sounding than amongst headphones.

if you give up the warmth and the wide soundstage, which anyway your senns should already be giving you, then this is a plea for Grado. If you keep insisting on these things, then I go with the flow of the comments here and say go planar: electrostat, electret, or orthodynamic. Much better for engaged listening IMO.

My thinking too, I need a better grado to complement my Senns. Maybe an SR225
