Need opinions for a cheap setup

I currently have an Audigy on my main rig, it's connected to an old Marantz PM-63 (low-mid range of 8-10 years ago) and I use it to listen to my indie/wave audio collection (lossy and not). I know for sure the best things to do is change my Audigy, probably with an Envy based card (I'm trying to find the Chaintech but it's really hard to find here in Italy). BTW, I could spend another 50-80EUR to improve my setup, what do you think is better between:
-buying the Chaintech
-buying the Chaintech and a Number Cruncher using my integrated Marantz headphone out
-buying the Chaintech and a cheap headphone amp

Chainteck is no good w/o an amp, so I'd get the card and PAv2. Cruncher is not ment to run unamped eighter.
