Power handling capacity questions

I have a recently bought pair of Beyerdynamic DT 931. I just looove the bright, detailed and otherwise neutral sound. The bass isn't very strong, but it's there, reaches pretty low and it sounds very controlled. Perfect cans for my tastes.

Sorry for the babbling above... what was it again I was going to ask from you... Right. I have a couple of pretty silly questions, but they're bothering me.

1. According to the specification sheet, the power handling capacity of DT 931 is 50 mW(0,05 W), which seems low to me. For example, Sony MDR-V700DJ has 2 full Watts of power handling capacity according to the specs. Now that's some insane difference. The speaker elements seem quite large in the 931:s, so the 50 mW rating seems strangely low. I haven't and won't test how loud the DT 931 can get, but is that 50 mW "enough" for every use at home, assuming that the listener has normal hearing?

2. Feel free to hate me - I'm running the headphones out of the Headphone jack of a cheap mixer(which doesn't sound too bad to me). The output level of the mixer's headphone output is "+19 dBu / 150 Ω (+25 dBm)". How does that translate into Watts, and how much in Watts would it be with the 250 Ω load the DT 931:s have?

Thanks for reading and even more thanks for answering.

The DT931 has an efficiency of 96 dB SPL per 1 mW, so 50 mW would give 113 dB - considering that one should not exceed 80...85 dB for long to avoid hearing damage, this is easily sufficient. (BTW, 200 mW has been a standard figure for home cans.) High power handling seems to be more important in DJ cans as these folks apparently tend to use cans as makeshift loudspeakers once in a while.

Power at output is determined by how much current at what RMS voltage that output can produce. Power = Current times Voltage.
