I love both tea and beer.  My life long tea drinking probably made it easier for me to start enjoying American IPA's in general.

I'll only drink coffee from pour over methods nowadays, as most espresso uses either overly roasted beans or too hot of a water and extracts too much acid for my stomach to handle.

Aww man beer. Last week I made a mistake (drank too much, we'll end elaboration at that) so it isn't allowed in the house anymore. I am bummed to hell, had a full review thing going on and had a glass for each type of brew...... fffffffffffff-

There are quite a few you can buy from. One of my main suppliers is Norbu Tea, Greg is a great guy and very helpful. He used to carry a bunch of stuff from Yunnan Sourcing, but has found his own sources since then. He also had this roasted oolong I became addicted to.

I'm also a fan of Hou De. Sometimes expensive, but I trust most of his Pu Erh. It's kind of a crap shoot when it comes to Puerh (ha!), some places say they have good stuff and it really ends up being subpar. For instance, I still have some Shu that is almost 3 years old and still hasn't settled down on the rotten fish smell. Ugh.

For greens? Chinese: Teaspring
Japanese:O-Cha

Nice deal.  I still use my 4 year old ingenuiTEA infuser.  The filter is a bit stained from the years, but still works great for making a cup at work.
