Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeMusic

USD$70 shipped to the continental U.S.

This card is only a few months old and produces some pretty awesome sound. I'm currently doing away with my desktop though so that I can purchase a DAC.

Pictures will be up soon!

Here are the pics I promised. For some reason I couldn't get the third pic (of the whole thing) to load but I guess we all know what it looks like... I'll keep trying though.

I'm personally not interested in purchasing because I have one already.
I think the price tag of $70 sounds fair, especially since it includes shipping. I believe I spent $90 on mine when the store had it on sale, and a rebate was available. I believe the sound card costs around $120 if bought in somewhere like Best Buy, Circuit City, etc...

For prospective buyers: If you play any games at all, the X-fi line has the best sound cards to use. They sound great with music too. I have one, and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I hope that helps some people decide.

Thanks for the opinion Pyro... it seemed like a good deal to me but sometimes one can be bias... I was just wondering what others thought.

This unit is still up for grabs. The sale includes the XtremeMusic sound card and original software/driver cd. This is everything that came with the sound card (except for a sticker).
