For $150 plus shipping you get the following:

D-E905 Discman
Original remote
Original earbuds
External battery adapter (for 2 AA batteries)
2 Sony Rechargeable Ni-MH Gumstick batteries
Power adapter (European version)
Manual
Original box

Everything is working 100% including the accessories.
The Discman has scratches on its surface but nothing major and there are no cracks or chipped parts anywhere.
