It's very small player, so I like it. I have Clip+ since Christmas and I'm very satisfied!

I've had this card for quite a while now, and I have to say its a really nice card - a huge step-up to my on-board motherboard's audio. At first I do have to admit, it didn't feel like the D1...

FYI, there was already a thread about this a little while ago.
I had one, and only for about a week. It's a great unit and worked well with all of my sources except the D02, which happens to be my main source and I need a transport that can support it. Originally I used an M-Audio Transit, but my D02 only has a coaxial input, so I needed a USB transport that supported coaxial and the PC-Link was looked like an attractive solution.
I'm not entirely sure what the problem was specifically, I think that the PC-Link automatically resamples everything to 48Khz, and the D02 can only accept 16-bit/44.1Khz signals, which was creating a problem. I wasn't able to confirm this for sure, but the PC-Link worked flawlessly with all of my other sources which support 96Khz. I emailed Eddie Wu at DIYKits and at first he confirmed that it upsampled everything to 48Khz, then in another email he denied it; I think the language barrier was making it difficult to get any real answers.
In the end I sold the PC-Link and bought an M-Audio Audiophile USB, which should be arriving tomorrow. I opted for the Audiophile because I know it will output 16-bit/44.1Khz and it has coaxial, meaning that if my D02 is still having problems then the problem is within the DAC itself.
Anyway, like I said it sounded fine with all of my sources with the exception of the D02. However, if it is resampling everything to 48Khz then it isn't a bit-perfect transport, even though it supports ASIO2KS and ASIO4ALL.
I thought about getting a HagUSB, but in the end the Audiophile was the same price but offered rock solid M-Audio drivers, more features, and its own power supply (USB power sucks, which can create problems with coaxial). I didn't want to take a chance with something I wasn't entirely familiar with.
