Ha. Haven't been in Tobago in more than 10 years. Iirc, anywhere I was on the island, I would see a beach, lol. And it had extra fruits all over the place and a nice environment in general=].

For some reason, I can't imagine doing this. I have the ability to go deeper into my body as I relax, to the point where I feel bits of my soul, and my body feels like a shell(I once had an ultimate experience with this). But my mind? Eh, all I can do, at best, is have my mind become blank. I reallly don't see how you do this. I understand how relaxing can make you become more aware of your subconcious thoughts, I think, so maybe it's you become aware of your thoughts to a point where you see the most underlying ideas and beliefs you hold?

Niceeeeee. I need to retrain my mind for a whole lot of things. So far praying would help me for that. I would pray to God telling him, "my mind is acting this way, I need help turning it around," and he would help me! But this process also seems to need to take years to complete.

Thanks for your post Immtbiker, later=]

My evidence professor would have ripped you apart for that comment. I guess it's apparent who the lawyers on this board are.

Sorry, I'll stop hijacking this thread.
