Battle of the Sub-$60/pair Bookshelf Speakers!

Lately, there have been a handful of bookshelf speaker deals that have been considered good values. Let's pit them against each other! Without further ado, the challengers:

Infinity Primus 150 - $59.98 / pair after rebate at Circuit City

Insignia NS-B2111 - $49.99 / pair at Best Buy

Polk Audio R15 - $39.98 / pair at Outpost.com

Opinions?

I don't care for the Polks, actually I haven't heard a Polk from the past decade that I have liked, they've really gone down hill.

The Insignias I haven't heard but I've seen them at the local Best Buy. I really didn't care for the "lacquer" finish on them, imo it made them look and feel cheap however, they're supposed to sound amazing.

Stereophile seemed to like the Infinitys' though, I believe they did a review on them a while back. Haven't heard those either. Though I can say I'm not impressed with Inifinity's build quality. We used to have a 2.1 set-up for our living room and it died in a little over a year.

At this price, I think it'll be hard to find a speaker that nails everything, there'll always be a trade-off. If I had to choose one however, I think I'd still go with the Infinitys'. For $60 a pair, they look like a steal. I'd buy a pair for kicks but they aren't carried at the local CC and shipping is like $40 to Hawai'i.

I've seen that Stereophile review on the Infinitys, too. I guess the real battle is between those and the Insignias, since the Insignia speaker has had so much press lately regarding the characteristics of its enclosure and coaxial speaker design (and possibility of upgrading parts).

For those of you who own any of these speakers:

How do they compare to the other, more expensive speakers you have owned?
