Interest Check: B&K Amp, Rotel Preamp

I may be upgrading my home amp/preamp source, but before I do I wanted to see if there was any interest in my current amp/preamp. I have a B&K ST140 amp and a Rotel RC-9708X Preamp. The B&K is vintage, dates from 1985, and works extremely well. The only cosmetic flaws are some scratches on the metal and one of the plastic connectors to the speaker jacks is partially broken. However, the connector works perfectly otherwise. The B&K has a smooth sound, described generally as "tube like."

The Rotel is about six years old or so. It is in very good shape. It does not have a phono output but does have one tape out, CD, and Aux.

I'm not sure about a price, etc., but at this point I'm more curious to see if there would be any interest in such equipment. Please PM me if you have any additional questions or have comments/offers. Thanks.

Here are some pictures.

Also, when I took it out of the box I noticed that the B&K is missing one of the plastic speaker connectors. However, this is cosmetic as the actual metal connector works fine. It accepts spade lugs, pins, and bare wire.

Im currently looking for an integrated amp, so i might be interested in this combo could you please post an asking price?

I'm thinking $300 plus shipping for the combo. I have the box for the B&K; I don't have the box for the Rotel. I would ship them seperately, not together.
