hey,

after a couple of weeks I'm still in Love with the behringer (and even more now with my pioneer PDR-04 as a drive)... Got XLR to RCA adapters, and they make sound my old D-Box monitors like never before (although the output is a little high, but that was to be expected)

I'm still missing my cayin valve DAC, but the behringer is a very good and versatile replacement... and so cheap!!!

I'm now enjoying my HD580 more than ever (must say it sounds very well directly from the headphone out)...

Would the balanced outs on the dac run balanced HD650s

I don't think it's possible, as you cannot change the output level...

Glad to hear that you like it, too. Not many people have jumped on this bargain DAC for some reason. It is ashame given the versatility, great sound quality, and price.
