Dumb Cable Question

Thread Starter
Is it possible to use digital RCA type cables like a stereo rca interconnect? I want to hook up a cd player to an old receiver in my garage and I can't find a stereo RCA cable around the house. But I do have a few Monster Digital cables. Could each one be used as a left and right channel cable? Is there any issues by doing this? I'm to lazy to run to the store this weekend.

It should work fine. The digital interconnect I'm currently using is just one of my scrap analog interconnects.

I agree, it should work with no problem unless Monster has done something wierd. I have seen analogue cables used for digital coax connections all the time, so I don't see why this should be any different just in reverse
