IEM: Changing earpieces - how?

Yeah, I'm retarded. Let's go ahead and get the obvious out of the way. But I seriously would like some advice as to how to change the earpieces on my new Panasonic RP-HJE70's. Is there a special way/technique to remove the already attached earpieces? I kind of tried to do this by hand but I felt like they were going to rip off. Am I supposed to use tweezers or something?

Sorry for the dumbass question but I don't want to rip these little things up.

Squeeze + pull with a bit of rotation. They'll come off fine

Holy crap! I guess fitting is pretty crucial with IEM's. I just now found this out for myself. Thanks for the help.

No fit = tinny sound. Make sure you get a super fit. If none of the tips fit, then I'd suggest getting foamies. I don't know which foamies will fit your Panasonics though. If you give me the diameter of the "barrel", I might be able to help.

this one's actually helpful, i had some difficulties replacing earpieces in my IEM, thank you very much for the help, really. It works. For me at least.
