UE Customer service

I was wondering how good is UE's customer service. My situation is that something is up with the cord on my Super Fi 3's which causes a tiny sound to come out of them. The problem is where the headphone jack meets the wire. I've only had these maybe 11 months and have no clue where the receipt is (paid for cash). I bought them at guitar center.

I treat my iems better than i treat my nano...so I'm kinda pissed at the build quality of these...I'm just hoping that thier customer service is great and can fix these for free or atleast a very low cost...even though I'm an idiot and lost the reciept.

you'll have no problems. Just send an e-mail to the super.fi support, and, well in my case, they just asked me about my address, and in which colour I'd like to have the new Cable (2.0), and they sent it to me.

UE is famous (along with westone) for their customer service. Expect smooth sailing.

Yes, their customer service is excellent.

I managed to kill my super.fi pro's cable and when I went to look for a replacement from their store, they were out of stock. I emailed them asking when they'd get another shipment and received reply couple hours later saying that they'd be happy to mail me the replacement for free. Two days later I had a new shiny cable.

You're in luck, as I've read MANY good things about UE's customer service.

Thank God that you don't have Etymotic, which is ABSOLUTE CA-CA in the customer service arena. Inexcusably so.

Thanks for the replies. I'm very hopeful now... I've left them a message explaining my situation and hope to hear some good news from them

UE has GREAT customer service! So UE called me back and they are sending over a free pair of cables! I should expect them in 4-5 business days That's great customer service...I wish more companies where like that.

Just a quick note to say my personal experience with Ety Customer support has been good. I have the ER6i's and after 10 months with the first pair, I started losing one of the channels. Took them by their headquarters in the Chicago area and got a new pair in about 15 minutes.

UE has been very good to deal with as well but I've had my Super.fi 5's in their shop for many weeks waiting for a replacment shipment to come in so they can send me a new pair.
