PayPal Question (CC linked PayPal accounts)

Hi all. Just a quick question I had regarding PayPal accounts liked to credit cards, not bank accounts:

Where I live, we can only have CC PayPal accounts, and we can also only send money, not receive. If a payment is made by PayPal via the CC, and for some reason it then has to be refunded, will it simply credit the CC?

Yes, Paypal will credit the refunded amount to the cc. It would be also wise to check the cc account to see if the amount is credited after refund has been made.

Yeah, PayPal refunds the exact charged to your credit card (If you pay for something using both whatever you have left in your balance and how much ever was charged on your credit card, PayPal will refund back the exact $ taken from each source)
