DIY or Commercial 1/4 to 1/4 audiophile instrument cable?

Hi there !!!

I was wondering since I know that there's a zillion possibilities in audiophile interconnects cable options, if somebody or even like, say Moon Audio, could make me a durable custom true-to-source 1/4 to 1/4 instrument cable (Bass) ?

Cause the experience I had with 2-3 sort of cables sold at my local music store sucked and I can't find any good ones.

Amazingly enough the Cardas Headphone cable makes an excellent Guitar cable. I have made several for my cousin, works great. The Headphone cable is very similar to the Golden Chord Musician’s Cable. The only difference being the headphone cable uses 4x23.5awg vs 2 in the Golden Chord Musician’s Cable. Other than that the cable is identical. Mogami wire is also an option. both can be bought in bulk. Connection options are endless. I like the BigFoot 1/4". Hope this helps.
