I think I'm going for SignalCable Analogue Two interconnect....

I think they have higher build quality and look nicer...

but I may try out Blue Jeans later if I get another source...

Blue Jeans Cables hands down!!!! You will not find any better performance/price ratio....

Read his post again.

First I recommend a cheap cable and then save up for Valhalla for his 2nd cable. My Nordost Vishnu didn't do much compared to a stock power cord until I modified it into twice the thickness. For me the Valhalla has a greater bang for my buck.

I found that using 2 conductors per signal is the best in my system. I have done the same with Valhalla by making it thinner. See pic

Hey Patrick, I got a question for you...

Are you always a 100% sincere and serious about suggesting the Nordost cable to other people, or are you just trolling all the time?

Seriously, I've read quite a number of your postings, but all they ever talk about is NORDOST cables....

P.S How come you have so many of those cables? Either you are really rich, or those Nordost cables cost cheaper in Sweden, or you work at Nordost?

Another vote for Blue Jean Cable for interconnects, and Volex for a power cord.

Yes I am 100% certain everyone should own Nordost Valhalla no matter how cheap their system is. In my system cables have always been the weakness since I got Benchmark DAC1. Valhallas are still the weaknesses right now so I had to modify them and finally my system sounds acceptable.
If I was rich I would buy that cable to everyone in this forum. But I need to eat too.

I bought my cables used and cut them to shorter lenghts. I don't even afford to buy a door knob or comb so I look like a bum all day. I wear 10 years old clothes and do extreme fasting to save as much money as I can to buy another Valhalla cable.

In the price range you've targetted, I'd recommend:

1) Blue Jeans Cable for IC's
2) Either the Volex 17604 or the Iron Lung Jellyfish for a PC.
For almost all of my IEC power cord use, I use the Volex 17604,
with the exception of my work system, which has never sounded
more movingly beautiful than since I've powered the computer at the
head of the audio stream with the
Iron Lung Jellyfish. At $7-ish for the Volex and $30-ish for the ILJ,
within your target price you can be a real sport, get both, and see
which you like best with your audio unit of interest.

Blue Jeans and Volex--both make good stuff.
