Any Decent & Cost-efficient interconnects & power cables?

I'm looking for a decent Interconnect + Power cables that are

1. Well built
2. Decent sound quality
3. Reasonable price.

The price range is around $40~50 for each interconnect and power cable.

I think I don't need the expensive ones for now, since my system is not top-notch grade yet....

Thanks in advance!

Most here recommend Blue Jeans Cable.
Skeptics recommend Radio Shack.
I recommend Nordost Valhalla.

i'll second bluejeans unless you do what i did - start making 'em yourself.

IMO go with stuff from www.monoprice.com

Their cables are FAR better than the price would suggest. I would not consider it in the same class as custom built silver interconnects or whatnot, but I would consider it up there with the high end commercial brands like Monster and Acoustic Research.

I have a couple digital coax cables, several of their optical cables a set of their stereo RCA cables and even a DVI-HDMI cable. All the cables are extremely good IMO with the RCA and HDMI cable being the best of the bunch.

Given the incredibly cheap price of their cables vs their quality I wouldn't recommend anything else. As far as I'm concerned they equal cables for 10x their price.

Another vote on Blue Jeans. They know cables, and make quality ones for little money. It is sad that they don't do power cord.

You can also try here:
http://www.heartlandcables.com/

The Bullet head on 89259 is almost as expensive as the cable itself.

I am currently using PS Prelude as my power cable. Other recommendation?

What do you think about the Signal Audio Analogue Two Interconnect?

http://signalcable.com/analogtwo.html

Is it any better than the Blue Jeans?

Another for the Blue Jeans interconnects and for power cables I would say Volex. Both match your criteria and are well reviewed and used by headfiers - happily including myself.

For interconnects I also recommend Bluejeans they ship quickly, good communications and excellent cables as everyone else has said

No, I don't think so. The model is the Volex 17604. Here is an excellent review of this cord along with the Iron Lung Jellyfish and numerous other power cords.

Ha, that is where I got my tube amp, Cayin TA-30. I was in the shop (two or maybe three? years ago) and the owner is knowledgable on the product he offeres. (It is sad that I didn't ask for external bias mod. Sending it back to adjust bias is expansive...)

I'm another proud Blue Jeans Cable LC-1 user. The recently-built studio in which I record (which cost over $1 million) is almost entirely wired with Belden cables. If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me.

A question about the power cable side: I'm looking at power cables for Pioneer equipment. Do they make aftermarket cables with a female end that has two holes, one enclosed in a rounded curve and the other a square? (like [..)) I can't seem to find a similar cable end on the Volex site.

Lol, nice one patrick. I would recommend Nordost valhalla too but he specifically asked for prices between 30-50 bucks. Guess gonna be blue jeans.

I know how good the Nordost cables are, got some myself.
