Congrats to Mikhail and SinglePower for winning this award in the category of amplification. Of course, it makes me that little bit more proud to be an MPX3 owner, but it is also cool to bring more attention to our corner of the audio hobby. In fact, the review mentions -- and links to -- Head-Fi. Nice.

Congrats also go to Ultimate Ears for their award-winning UE-10 Pros in the headphones/earphones category. Plus, Ray Samuels' XR10-B phono stage was used in the setup for the award-winning Oracle turntable, and I am sure played a part in its victory. Nice going!

I wish I had an MPX3 -- the MPX3 SLAM / K701 combo is one of the best I've ever heard (and I've heard pretty much every expensive headphone out there). Now I'm "stuck" with the ES-1.

Congratulations and keep up the good work Mikhail... This amp deserves it. Its a GREAT sounding circuit. I spent a lot of time with Voltrons and my RS1 at one of the CA meets and I didn't want to leave!!

As music fanatics.... every once in a long while you hear THAT Magic tone... the golden tone, that sends chills up your spine and makes your knees buckle. MPX3 + RS1 does that for me.
