Yes, but in fairness to Rockna, I apparently forgot to pay the shipping. But, yes, I agree, even with that, they could use some help.

The build quality and finish is superb. My wife even drooled over the appearance.

Is this DAC available anymore? Their website is down.

Everything's okay. When I read your post, I got worried. I contacted them. I just got an email from Nicolae, Rockna's owner/designer. They are running and busy. The site is down for server maintenence, not their doing.

I've got several DAC's. I like them all for various reasons, but the Rockna is by far the best value. It is just so right musically. And, it costs comparatively little.

I highly recommend one if you have the slightest interest.

It's a good Dac for the money (250Euro) compared to others DAC's.

Pleeez... My experience mirrors that of many, and they aren't favourable. In that type of price range even the relative newcomers like the current UK designs from Cambridge Audio,Musical Fidelity and Beresford show what can be done with a far more thought out circuit layout. the Chinese ones look busy and impressive, but the net is overburdened with mods that try to put some meat on those bones.
