I will be purchasing a pair of HD-650s this weekend. I currently have a portable setup consisting of an IBasso DX90 DAP paired with an IBasso D-Zero Mk 2 Amp. I am wondering if this will be enough to run these so I won't be disappointed in my purchase.
I only recently (last 2 months) started on the audiophile path, starting with a pair of ATH-M50x, then a set of Shure SE215s (I live in Florida, so the choice of closed cans or IEMs will be dependent on the weather). The HD-650s are strictly for indoor listening, and I can invest in a better amp down the road, I'm just hoping what I have now will get me by until I can upgrade to a decent desktop amp.
Welcome to Head-Fi by the way :)
