Lithium 9v batteries with microdac?

Does someone use lithium 9v with his microdac?

In the DIY forum, some have looked at using "universal" Li-Ion or LiPO batteries with portable DIY amps. This usually never pans out as the charging circuitry for a Li battery is more complicated than that for NiMH batteries. Most Li batteries are designed for specific charging and discharging applications. If I recall, "intelligent" chargers are a necessity.

Can you do it? Maybe
Is it worth it? Probably not

If you do it, you should probably use the specified charger and remove the batteries every time they need to be charged.
