I bought these puppies just before Christmas and they have been a revelation. I can't tell you how much they suit my listening tastes. I love close listening with lots of treble and tight...

It's very small player, so I like it. I have Clip+ since Christmas and I'm very satisfied!

First of all let me say this is one of my favourite BA driver earphones I have ever heard. That said, being a basshead, these didn't deliver in the bass department - I can't deny the fact...

I've had this card for quite a while now, and I have to say its a really nice card - a huge step-up to my on-board motherboard's audio. At first I do have to admit, it didn't feel like the D1...

Long story short: These earbuds, shouldn't ever be bought, when they come free in your iPod package, its fine to look at them, and try them on. If you know someone wanting to buy these,...

can you get sound out of the receiver's speakers? Some receiver like my old sherwood required you to turn on the tapeouts. Or select the tape out source.
Check to see if the reciever is locking onto the signal before examining other options

Do you get sound out of the speakers attached to your receiver when playing from your Playstation?
It could be the tape-out is just an analog loop-through and is not connected to the DAC inside of your receiver.
Best regards,
-Jason

I go from my optical out from my NAD to my receiver optical in and if I go from my optical tape out to a optical in on a dac I would get sound but if I use the analog tape out I would only get sound from my analog inputs on my receiver. I hopes this helps. To make this a little clearer only analog stuff plugg in to the analog in would get sound from the analog tape out. Meaning rca inputs. To get the optical sound I would have to use the optical tape out and I don't know of any amps that have optical in except for amps with a dac in front of them
