Last book I finished was the hunger games (the first one), and I did start with catching fire but I just didn't find it as interesting as the first one (I might go back into it in the future)

Any of you have a good sci-fi to recommend? Not interested in zombie stuff (I'm sick of zombies by now) Especially interested in books with serious philosophical dilemmas

I usually still can read books after watching a movie (although I prefer reading first), I just give the memories some time to fade a little, and I can easily enjoy both..

I seem to have read this book like 15 years ago but my memories of it are very vague. I took it from the British Council. The reason of it is that my English wasn't very clear at that time and I didn't get proper impact.
