But it seems they're finally getting good audio stuff to sell.

That's probably going to equal more traffic for Head-Fi. Expect to see HD-650's on the For Sale forums for a bargain price of only $400.

Pretty well documented around here, the HD650 is available in Apple Stores at full retail as well.

Psh, if this is the case I'm going in full force with my little PA2V2 amp and K701!

Although I did check two Apple stores in the San Jose area a month or so ago and they never heard of the model (650).

Steve Jobs knows his stuff! I don't expect anything less from a genius. What will be really cool is if they made a all white Apple HD650 with silver Apple logos on the side of the 'phones, better yet, make the logo's illuminate!

Actually, whoever decided to start stocking them doesn't know s***t because they sound horrible out of the iPod directly... and they're demoing them in a huge open noisy space.
