Compilation of DAC

I thought that it would be intersting to build a list of DAC available. Only DAC, no DAC/AMP combo.

List the name, make, price and possibly a picture:

Make: Headroom
Model: Micro DAC
Price: $299.00

Make: Electrocompaniet
Model: ECD1
Price: $2000

Make: Bel Canto
Model: DAC3
Price: $2500

Edit: Removed Benchmark DAC1 and Lavry Engineering DA10 since they both turned out to be DAC/Amp combos.

Great idea, but the "source" forum would be more logical than the "amplification" forum.

Sorry for the mistake. The image and the link were about the micro DAC, though

np, admin please move this to the dedicated source section
the benchmark and lavry are both dac/amps
post #7 of 27
Yeah, I wouldn't own the Lavry if it wasn't basically an amp/dac combo. It's primarily a DAC though. Even more so the DAC1.

I'll add the Scott Nixon TubeDAC+. $475

More info and his other DACs can be found here.
