possible to get quoted price AFTER using first time customer $10 off?

Just wondering if you can. Seems unlikely since it says only one discount coupon per order. Doesn't it make the $10 off pointless if you have to pay full price for the cans? (was thinking about picking up a SR60)

Hi,

Use the product discount code and put a note in the comments section of the order that you would like to apply your $10 first purchase discount and we will aplly it also. Please remember that it is a 1 time use coupon and that it cannot be use on another purchase...

Even if we're not using it on a quoted price, is the protocol for using the 10 dollars off simply to mention it in the comments section and then later get a 10 dollars refund?

The $10 discount code is a 1 time only for new customers ordering online. It cannot be used more than once. If you are an old customer who has not ordered online, sigh up and you will get the coupon code and please use it! You can use it once in the comments section if you are using another discount code.

hey todd, i've just recently bought a pair of hd485s from you and i applied the discount code for $10 off and i also put a first time customer discount in the comments but this discount never got applied nor refunded. Please help, thanks.

The discount was applied. You were charged only $74.75 via PayPal - not the $84.79 that was the total without the discount.

oh, alright...so even if the invoice says $84.79, when the bill comes, it's only $74.45, right? It's only the invoice that's kind of confusing me.

Hey todd...it seems that the bill that came in indicates that charge under paypal is $84.79US, which means the the discount wasn't applied. I'm not sure what went wrong but if you could get back to me either through this thread or by pm, I would appreciate it, thanks.

How much was your paypal account charged??? It was charged minus the $10.

My web system has a glitch when you pay with paypal the discount is applied to the charge from paypal but disappears from my system for some very strange reason. LOOK at your PayPal account and you will see the discount was indeed applied from the beginning.
