EMC MKII - 1 UP SE - 24/192 TRANSPORT/PLAYER
This is an excellent CD player, an original EMC MKII with the 1 Up SE status. This is an 24/192 upsampling CD player with a top-loading Philips CD mechanism (one of the best made) and a customized Electrocompaniet "Spider" clamp that magnetically locks the CD in place. True balanced and unbalanced outputs. Built like a tank -- it weighs 42 pounds. Bought from another Audiogon member last year. I have the original box, manual, and most of the accessories. Plus I'd be happy to throw in a Harmonic Tech AC-10 power cord.

This is one of the best CD players out there, and it is made like a tank and weighs a ton -- almost 50 pounds. The reasons I am selling this player are medical bills and because of an upcoming cross-country move. I'm looking to clear out all of the heavy pieces from my system (I also have a BPT 3.5 Signature power conditioner that I'm considering selling.) I will miss it when it's gone.
