Personally if it were me, I'd Audiogon it... sure, there's a certain risk on Audiogon but IMO much more as a buyer than a seller. Getting paid is getting paid (particularly via Paypal)... shipping can be a pain tho for CD players. Beyond that, not sure what your objection is to Audiogon. Seems to me to be a good outlet for just the kind of medium-end, slightly exotic stuff like this player, certainly better/more focused than eBay.

Just going by what some people claimed on review sites. I didn't sell the 855, think I'm gonna keep it (for now anyway).

It's an irrational fear I have of someone not being happy with their purchase. I guess that's not really my problem...I should get over it.

I think I will Audiogon it. Thanks Fewtch.

Ugh, I wish you were local. Best of luck with the Agon sale, I'm sure you'll be fine.

as I was unsure of the value, it's off to an Audiogon auction.

I stated US ONLY, but there is a person from Russia in the lead.

Oh well, the runner up sounds like a stand up guy and I'll be selling it to him if this Russian fellow wins.
