I've been lurking here for a while, with a few posts here and there, and I keep coming across threads where folks want to improve the bass response of their IEMs.
So... it got me thinking -- should I upgrade my E4c's to E5's or E500's, or was there another way.
It struck me this evening that the answer has been staring us all in the face for some time. Subwoofer.... but I want it portable...
The answer:
Take a standard whoopee cushion, and modify the exit port to be a suitable electrically controlled valve. Set up a compressed air system to keep the cushion inflated to the right pressure. Build the crossover network directly into the portable headamp, sending LF signals direct to the seat of your pants.
I wonder what TSA will think of the setup??
PM me if you want to invest in this *killer* product :-)
