Yeah...but be gentle with the hands and eyes. Gotta keep him churning out cables! Actually, just distract him long enough to snag a pair of his UR8 XLR IC's and slip 'em to me!

I've got the Grover UR8 XLRs and they are awesome
I can't imagine that any IC could sound better, and that is not what I thought when I listened to his UR6s.

And I think he offers them for <$250

I had some of EnigmaAudio's cables and they're decent but nothing spectacular. Good looks for the price though.

His Sennheiser cable is crapping out on me; however. I paid a lot for that thing!

He will get back to you pretty quick, I just ordered two more pr. of the gold/silver spirit yesterday. He just got back from being out of town on vacation for a month. Did you email through the audiogon add?

Just got an email from him telling me about the trip. He even sent a pic but I don't think those are going to work with my cabinetry. He indicated these need about a 10" radius and my cabinetry won't accomodate that. In addition, I'd need some serious cutting of the back panel to accept the apparent width of these IC's since they've got the strands separated.

I'm sure they're fantastic but for me, it would be trying to fit a square peg in a round hole! My heart sank when I saw the pic. Just knew it wouldn't work.

sorry to bump an old thread but you can always head over to a guitar center and buy yourself mogami XLR > XLR interconnects for less than $50 each... they use black neutrik connectors with gold pins and mogami neglex quad cable... they are pretty nice

When things didn't work out with some of the other suggestions, I did just that. Mogami's are presently my IC for my balanced source.
