Just give Alf an email saying how many you want.
As many of you already noticed, there're 84 backlogs now. That means people requested about total of 84 boards after the 2nd groupbuy ended.
I did this too because this little thing is simply nice for its price and I want to have little more. Alf said, at 1st post in this thread, he is considering 3rd groupbuy when this backlog reaches 100.

Thus, give him an email if you want to see 3rd groupbuy kicking in.

I'm considering a DAC. The Benchmark is toooo much.
How does this amp rate? It seems popular, but can anyone point me to a thread that rates/compares/tests it?

Once built, how does it stand up to ones on sale? What price would it be comparable to compared to commercial one. Is there a similar one selling that I can look at to get some idea of what it will be??

Here is a quote from the alien dac site:

"People rate Revision A somewhere in between Chaintech 710 and EMU 0404. While it is believed that the changes introduced in Revision B may improve the sound, the new design has not been prototyped yet and no definite answer can be given at this time."

I could not find any tests or benchmarks. Let me know if you find any. Or you can test it out yourself when you make one.
