Diaz, you reading this?). Just messing with your head man. Hey, at least I can say that I am an "ear" model on UE website.
link?

do they pick people with big ear, to make there earphones look smaller?

EDIT: anyone watch the UE insertion video?

(click on the picture of the woman's head)

i have to say they look really goofy sticking out of that lady's ear!

i was wondering what cable they have on there?

it doesn't appear to be the old style (wire with clear plastic sheath for memory wire) or the new style (clear).

i guess it could be a white version of the new style cable.

Well this way I find it less comfortable and reduce the high a little bit as well. In other words, the high is not as extended.
I prefer the original way of insertion.

"happy ending"? they ARE talking about your super.fis, right? RIGHT?

Right or wrong it does work!

I actually was wearing the phones (backwards since day 1 June 2005).

I did it thinking it was the right way until I noticed on the package I had them in "wrong". I didnt even swap the cables for months when I noticed. LOL

I go back and forth thinking Im doing something illegal as audiofiles go. Funny that its now posted on there web site!!!!

Well...it's something that you "sleep" with that doesn't "gives" you a happy ending, however else you read it, insert your own interpretation. LOL.

I think that depends on the person and their ears/head/hair etc etc.
But for me I need to lay my head on arm when on the bed.I listen to my portable rig every night before I sleep, its really hard to sleep/lay down with the unit at normal position, the alternatives are a huge improvement for me.

2nd that, not even with my Tempur-Pedic pillow, so I lay on the edge of the pillow instead, the goofy things we do to enjoy good quality music.

I don't find it goofy at all
Its really fun to listen to music while laying down.My ideal place would be on a hammock or beach chair in the calm breeze or brazil or something...hmmm maybe some day.

When I wore my SFps in normal position I would lied only on my back...I didn't want to take any risks.

I think I love you. After using this phones for 2 months I ran across "flip-flop mod" in one of the threads and searched it. I just tried it. I'm never going back. This is so much more low-profile. My only qualm with these things up to this point was that they stick out alot (makes me look like frankenstein). Now I have no complaints.

Just so we are on the same page, I am NOT into the "Brokeback Moutain" thing, but I love you too.

Ditto

Same here (not the love thing...sorry! )

I could never go back to the old method of using my 5 Pro's, which used to look slightly ridiculous and fall out sometimes.

When UE delayed the introduction of the Triple.Fi Pro (rumoured original launch date Jun-06), I started to think that they were going to change the design slightly, so they would look like the mod. Unfortunately, they haven’t. I’m down on the pre-order list, but methinks UE have lost potential sales by sticking to the original design

I have an idea, why don't Mike Diaz at UE send me a pair of the Triple so I can play with it like I did with the Sup.fi 5pro. Hint hint Mike Diaz. LOL
