I seriously doubt the IM716s since they have crazy Isolation which I need. I like the accuracy a bunch also.
I love my MS1s also for the easy throw on factor when I dont feel like going through the ritual of using my IEMs. I also love the way they sound with guitars and rock music, I have never heard System of a Down sound better on anything The only real negative of the Allesandros/Grados is they leak sound like crazy which is not good when I am sitting with my wife while she is reading or listening in bed.
I ordered the AKGs hoping to have something inbetween that I could listen to while laying in bed or running around town. Also the AKGs look more durable than either of the other phones also.
So the question is are the AKGs going to completely fill the shoes of either of the phones I already own so I can try to reinvest some of the cash back into something else for the hobby maybe like a portable amp or some new CDs.
