Maybe get yourself some V6s, HD497s, or Grado SR60s to pull you through without an amp? That's the best I've got and I'm pretty happy with it. I know I am crushed when my computer or audio stuff goes amiss. It's the nature of a hobby, you're a little crazy about it.
